British Midland A330

bmi is the UK’s second largest full service airline and has its main operational base at London Heathrow where it holds 14% of all take off and landing slots. The airline operates over 2,000 flights a week with a fleet of 53 jet aircraft which have an average age of five years. bmi serves 25 destinations in 10 countries and in 2001 carried over six and a half million passengers. Through its membership of Star Alliance, a grouping of 14 airlines offering seamless travel worldwide, it is also able to offer an international network reaching all areas of the globe.

bmi operate a modern fleet of 57 aircraft on both scheduled and charter services, comprising 3 Airbus A330s, 10 Airbus A321s, 8 Airbus A320s, 12 Boeing 737s, 7 Fokkers, 11 Embraers.

This a330 has beeen designed to include the maximum moving parts (Elevators, ailerons, rudder, flaps, spoilers, landind gear and doors), aswell as the maximum 3D parts (Vertical stabilizer, rudder, horizontal stabilizer, elevator, flaps mechanism, engine supports...)

Some people may have noticed that the original aircraft release by Camil Valiquette read "Brithish Midland" - i am sure this was a small mistake but in order to keep the realism in Flight Simulator alive i changed the name correctly to "British Midland"... Also, personally i dislike the 'lines' that show there there are joins in the aircraft fuselage, i have also removed those in this update to the original...


INSTALLATION:

Unzip all the files with WinZip in your (FS2000)/Aircraft folder.

Note: Windows 2000 and XP users may need a program called MDLRepair.
